Client Logos and Personalized Messaging in Automated Emails

What Changes Were Made:

This enhancement allows client logos and personalized messaging to be included in automated emails sent to end-users from the STP Portal.

Why Is This Important:

This update will give automated messages a more personalized and professional look and feel.

How to Get There:

When new users are added to STP, they will see this change reflected in the initial email that directs them to create their ID.

Timezone Integration Now Aligns With User System Settings

What Changes Were Made:

The timezone integration in BluePrint Reporting now aligns with users' system settings.

Why Is This Important:

The timestamps for all submitted, started and completed jobs will now be updated to match system settings so that if users are running reports while traveling, those reports will reflect the time zone users are currently in at all times.

User Screen Filtering Improvements

What Changes Were Made:

On the User Screen, clients can filter on Role, Group, Verified status, and LOB. The search box enhancement allows users to quickly identify items that meet a certain criteria.

Why Is This Important:

The STP User Portal Screen user list can be large and difficult to manage. This feature gives users the ability to search on criteria that is client specific, such as groupings and rules.

Tool Tips Added to BluePrint Reporting Jobs

What Changes Were Made:

In BluePrint Reporting we now include tool tips for each job, which the user can review when they click the information bubble icon. Within the tool tip, we will display the parameters used at runtime to generate the report.

Why Is This Important:

The included tool tips provide clients with additional meta data about the parameters used to generate their reports or packages, giving them an extra layer of insight and transparency.

How to Get There:

Run a report or package>When it appears in active jobs or completed jobs, a clickable information bubble will appear on the job>Clicking the information bubble will generate a popup that displays meta data

Enhancement to Original Account ID Dashboard

What Changes Were Made:

The Original Account ID column now populates on the Global Recon Dashboard for Account Summary, Transaction Details, and Position Details.

Why Is This Important:

Original Account ID is an account-specific UDF commonly referred to by clients. The EAGLE Account ID has a specific naming convention that is required, but the Original Account ID created by the client, which they are usually more familiar with, will now also populate to reduce confusion.
